Our Warranty

Limited Warranty Policy

At Boreal Elite Sledge Inc., we take great pride in the durability and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to material or manufacturing defects occurring under normal conditions of use for a duration of one (1) year from the initial purchase date, unless stated otherwise.

Any refunds, repairs, or exchanges related to warranty issues are subject to approval by Boreal Elite Sledge Inc. and/or the respective manufacturer. Products returned for repair must be in a clean and dry condition. Items that are unclean will not be accepted.

 

Exclusions

While our products are built for longevity, all materials naturally deteriorate over time. This warranty does not extend to standard wear and tear or to damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, exposure to unauthorized cleaning substances or chemicals, scorch marks, holes, tears, or abrasions caused by external factors. It also excludes harm from prolonged UV exposure, any alterations or repairs made without authorization, poor fit or installation, accidents, misuse, abuse, animal damage, natural disasters, fire, tampering, improper transport, or purchases made from unauthorized sellers or third-party vendors.

 

Repair Services

 

For items that are repairable but fall outside the scope of the warranty, we may offer repair services based on the type and extent of the damage. Charges will apply and include applicable shipping and handling fees. As stated previously, returned products must be clean and dry, or they will be rejected.

 

Liability Limitations

 

Boreal Elite Sledge Inc. retains the right to assess whether warranty conditions have been met. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from defects or damage associated with our products.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually. The decision to issue a refund, repair, or replacement rests solely with Boreal Elite Sledge Inc. or the original product manufacturer.
